I didn't like a room facing a parking structure, felt like I was in a cave. Getting to my room was like a maze. It seemed old and room was small. It was fine for one night. Girl at front desk was really sweet that checked me in.

Booked a room with a city view and got a room with no windows. Tried calling multiple times before checkin to let them know we’d be coming a bit later than normal and no one picked up. Guy at the desk wasn’t helpful at all not listening to us or answering any of our questions. The rooms with no windows literally feels like you’re stuck in a closet.

This hotel is in a great spot. Hotel in good shape and room was fine. That’s where the good end. Front desk was terrible. Never invoiced me for my stay. Charged me for breakfast that was included in stay. So contacted hotel. No help. Contacted hotel.com also no help. Customer service failure on all parties. Feeling burned.

I was disappointed because I did pay for the added breakfast option but when I checked in, they did not say anything about where that was or what the hours were. I remembered on the last morning to check and I saw that I did at breakfast. I went down but it ended at 10 and I got down there at 9:59 am and was turned away. I feel like the reminder should have been included upon check-in. My room was also right by the elevator and was fairly loud on and off as people came and went throughout the night. I would stay there again, but hopefully not by the elevator.

Very clean facility.

Facility was clean. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five stars is because the television in my room didn't work.

Internet did not work in room, the TV offered Netflix but could never connect. The TV went off for over 2 days and did not allow me to use it. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned the toilet was filthy and the bed had stains. I would not stay here again

Close to French Quarter, with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Rooms are on the smaller side, but not tiny. Basic necessities were available, room quiet and beds comfortable. Would recommend for proximity to surrounding areas and local streetcars.
