Noisy even 12 floors up. Moved rooms and there was elevator noise. Hotel staff tried to charge for parking my entire stay when I only parked for one night with the hotel valet service.

The staff was very attentive and courteous…they checked in with us daily to ensure all of our needs and any requests were addressed. The location was also very convenient and in close proximity to many of the local attractions and sites.

The hotel photos definitely deceived us, we initially stayed at the holiday inn club just down the block from this hotel and loved it so much better than our stay here. The lobby is attractive but the front desk staff were monotoned and not welcoming, they didn’t smile or give us any information besides asking for my ID and giving me my key. The room was not vacuumed, there was no comforter on the bed. The shower faucet didn’t shut off when you pulled the top for the water to come through the shower so the tub would fill while we showered. The shampoo and the “shampoo conditioner combo” smelt Cheap and was terrible on my hair so I needed to buy my own at the Walgreens across the street. It was not a pleasant stay, I don’t recommend this place. Holiday Inn Club was much, much better down the block and had friendly staff and wonderful amenities in their rooms. I’m dissatisfied with the Crowne Plaza

Female staff member wasn't very helpful when asking for vending machine/ice locations. Just that they were all over we would have too look. Maintenance service for the AC was fast. It took an hour just to check-in after being charged twice for parking. Loved the location and the view.

There was a fraternity formal and the noise level was incredibly high and unacceptable, I was woken up two nights and was not able to sleep due to college kids running around and screaming. I feel as if I should receive some kind of compensation for this inconvenience as it directly impacted my stay and trip. Thank you

I was traveling on business and got a room on the second floor, right above a restaurant with loud music and loud people until late at night. I would have had a better experience if I could have been higher up and able to get some sleep. Otherwise, hotel was great, staff was pretty good. Please get some help for the poor lady in the hotel restaurant at breakfast - way too many customers for one person!

Very loud location. Room was not ready when we went to check in..was told that we would get contacted at 4 when it should’ve been ready and didn’t get a call. Our room was difficult to find with the M floors. was super noisy because it was so close to the street, cars would be driving and revving their engines til 4 am and sounded like they were right out the window even on the 4th floor. No towels or toilet paper left after the first night.called multiple times to get replacements finally had to go hunt down a housekeeper. Generally not the best service but super close to bourban.

Decent enough

Decent stay for what we were looking for. Was able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Hard to get our room serviced or when we needed extra towels. And they put us in the furthest corner of the hotel so seemed odd. Again it was good for us as we really only used the room for storage and sleep.
