The staff at Crowne Plaza are amazing!!!!! We stayed for 8 days. Could not fault anything. Would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend them in a heartbeat. The whole stay has been really enjoyable. And so convenient to everything. We walked almost everywhere. Honestly, Crowne Plaza your staff are an absolute asset to your hotel. They all deserve BIG Xmas bonuses!!!!!! Please tell them they’re amazing ❤️

This hotel is in a great area, walkable to everything and more. However the room bed covers are super thin our shower head was outdated all the soap pumps in the shower were broke. The vents need dusted and the plug ins didn’t hold chargers. Also they charge $25 each night on top of the deposit not sure for what the $25 was for but I feel like they should have explained that before booking.

I booked 4 individual rooms for 4 individuals. We each submitted our own credit cards/ ID at check in. 2 had vehicles. Everything had been prepaid. Yet, it was a 40 minute trial of endurance before the concierge got it right. Couldn’t understand the trouble, confusion. How hard could it be if you’re being shown confirmations and payment receipts??Thought we had been given drink tickets. Humiliation at restaurant when told what we presented wasn’t correct. Back to concierge who took another 20 minutes to issue tickets. It was almost like we were checking in all over. Wore me out. Too tedious to be believed. Check out: though I had NO vehicle nor had I told them that I did at check in , my receipt showed that I’d been charged for TWO vehicles. Another 20 minutes until he figured that out/ corrected it. I’m not sure what the deal actually is- competence? procedural protocols? It was all unacceptable and seemed 100% unnecessary for guests who had all their ducks in a row prior to checking in or out. The floors were dirty, the rooms smelled moldy, the staff was kind, personable and attentive but I will never stay here again.

Was nothing like pics, stained carpet. Human fluid on bathroom floor walked out did not stay. Staff member threatened not to refund, guess property manger was really nice and responsive.but had to file claim to get money back

I booked the Alexa tower and come to relaize that it was the historic tower and it showed. The room had an odor of mildew and a chair that looked like someone wiped themselves with the fabric. The refrigerator was just placed in the room on the floor right next to the bed. I was able to change rooms but im sure someone else was placed in that room.
