Choose a city view room, but my view was a brick wall. No tissue in the bathroom when arrived and they upcharged the bill. This hotel is a scam. Great location but not worth it. Valet took 25 minutes to retrieve my car at 6 in the morning. Valet was $49 per day )way too much) and they charged me $59 a day on my bill! Scammers at Crowne Plaza. Watch your receipt!

The hotel is mediocre, at best. The rooms are small with few amenities and the bathroom wasn't clean.

The location could not be better if you're in NOLA to explore the French Quarter. The room was spotless and regularly cleaned, even the sheets were changed during our stay. We also loved the pool, that was a great touch and added enjoyment to our stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also amazing. All the staff were kind and courteous and could not do enough to help.

The staff member was nice at the front desk. But 1st room the TV didn’t work so I had to go to another room.. n that room had a MOUSE IN IT MY 2nd night so me n my family left the room b4 check out!!

The bathroom door kept getting stuck trying to open and close it. The tap to take a shower wouldnt fully pull so the tub was getting more water than the shower head. The safe died during our stay so we had to hide our valuables or take them with us. The check in was terrible. One person checking people in on a Saturday. Waited in line 45 mins to check in. Rooms were as expected older with newer furnishing.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Even when there was an issue with an over charge for parking that i didn’t use. Cardi and Andre fixed the issue and refunded me appropriately. Security was great and made us feel safe.

First room was dirty and had rat traps. Moved us to another room, next night had a water leak frm the ceiling. Moved us to a 3rd room, we then had a toilet leak and they .moved us to a 4th room . I have requested a refund from the hotel.

The front desk staff was fantastic but we were placed right by the elevator and it was noisy all throughout the night. They have also still not have paid back my excess they charged me for the resort fees. Otherwise the hotel is in a prime area and friendly staff.

The room did have some issues, but they were addressed right away the first day of our stay, but on the 3rd day not so much. Our room ran out of toilet paper and there were no extras in the room. It took almost an hour to get an extra roll in the room. I ran into two different housekeepers and neither one had any extra on their cart. Which i thought was odd. A supervisor had to get involved.

The room was fine, but I was charged a destination fee when I checked out. When I booked though Expedia it said it included everything, which doesn't seem to be the case.
