There was thro up stain along side the bed. It was clear that the bottoms of the furniture in the room had been chewed up by a pet. The restaurant food is way overpriced and not worth it.

The "Mandatory Fees" so you can get "free stuff" was kind of a letdown. The kept advertising "save X% on tours" and "enjoy complimentary free drinks" but you have to pay for them. Kind of a bait and switch.

Subject: Request for Refund Due to Unacceptable Room Conditions Hello, I’m writing to request a full refund for my recent stay. The room we were given was completely unacceptable and did not match the photos or descriptions on your website. The hotel appeared rundown, and the room was in extremely poor condition. There were stains on the walls, bedding, and curtains. The bathroom had visible dirty stains on the walls, and there was black mold in the shower. The overall cleanliness made us uncomfortable to the point that we didn’t even feel safe walking barefoot in the room. Because the condition of the room did not meet basic health and cleanliness standards, I am requesting a full refund. Please let me know how you will be processing this. The Staff was beyond friendly and professional. From the moment we walked in it felt very welcoming. I come to new orleans a lot , this was my first time staying here and it wont be my last. I highly recommend, the value is beyond what you pay. Its located literally around the corner from Bourbon street so you centrally located near shops, restaurants and some attractions.

Room was very clean. There was not enough bedding in room. The first night we froze even with ac turned up. The next day i got an additional cover from housekeeping. It was better but covers were very thin.
