The staff at Crowne Plaza are amazing!!!!! We stayed for 8 days. Could not fault anything. Would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend them in a heartbeat. The whole stay has been really enjoyable. And so convenient to everything. We walked almost everywhere. Honestly, Crowne Plaza your staff are an absolute asset to your hotel. They all deserve BIG Xmas bonuses!!!!!! Please tell them they’re amazing ❤️

Perfect location and a near perfect stay. The only issue was that two elevators were off line and there were several hundred Florida students in town for the LSU game. It took forever to get up to our 14th floor room and down to the lobby for a full day. After they left, everything was perfect!!

It was my anniversary, I asked if they do anything special, they said they would see and nothing happened. Our room was in a corner with window facing another room. The curtain was broke and hanging we had a iron without a ironing board.

Once again, Crowne Plaza did not disappoint! We had to change rooms….just because! Next room didn’t have fridge. They brought one eventually and comped us breakfast. Breakfast was so good and plentiful. Needs updating but typical NO Southern hospitality.

They charge a $23 fee because they offer discounts on tours and stuff which you have to pay whether you use it or not, it should be optional. You do get 2 free drinks at the bar but they don’t really tell you that.

This would be ideal for anyone who is looking for quick and easy access to Bourbon St. There was a lot to see and within walking distance, the hotel can be a little confusing but our room was spacious and nice.

The restroom was dusty, not sure if it had been cleaned but the toilet also looked dirty and there may be a leak in the toilet as it makes a lot of noise all the time. Staff was great!

It was such a loud room, but that was not the problem, toilet door didn’t close and the toilet was flushing by itself non stop.
