On our 2nd day housekeeping came into our room, was not requested. Emptied our trash and took all of our towels, both the ones on the floor as well as the ones hanging to be reused and did not replace them. After a long hot day, we returned to our room to bathe and rest, we had no towels. I called the front desk, the front desk agent(D....) told me, I will put a message in for housekeeping, however, she does not speak English and will probably not understand it. After 45 minutes I call back the front desk agent, she told me she did all that she could do. I asked for the Supervisor, she said there was none on Site. One of the guests staying in my room, went downstairs and the front desk agent told her, I've spoken with the Manager of the hotel,(G...g). She handled it correctly we just had to wait until the housekeeping staff saw and responded to the message. After another 30 minutes, I called the Choice Hotel Corporate line, explained the situation, they put me on hold for 2 minutes and within 5 minutes we heard a very light know on the door and we had towels hanging on our door knob.

Don’t Stay Here!

I recently stayed at this hotel in New Orleans, and it was a big disappointment. The property is extremely outdated and in desperate need of major renovations. The carpets in the hallways were filthy, door frames were rotting, and the overall vibe felt more like a rundown motel than a proper hotel. The online photos are very misleading—they make the place look modern and well-kept, which couldn’t be further from reality. The breakfast was also underwhelming—boxed eggs, very limited options, and it ended at 9:30 a.m., which is much earlier than most hotels I’ve stayed at (typically 10:30). On top of all that, the prices were absolutely ridiculous for the condition of the place. Definitely not worth what they’re charging. I wouldn’t stay here again!

Wonderful & Peaceful

We were met with a very friendly lady at the front desk. The courtyard area was so peaceful. It had a nice firepit along with tables, couches and a separate area with tables. We ordered food to go and came back to eat our dinner in this area. It was very nice and peaceful. They had a swimming pool area also. Our room was on the 3rd floor. They had an elevator which made things so much easier! Breakfast was combined with a big variety of items. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I come back to town!

The courtyard apartment area was very inviting after a long drive. The seating was comfortable and the fire pit was lit one evening which made the area even more pleasant. The car park was adequate for the duration of our stay but it did become very busy on the weekend. I’m not sure if there was any additional parking elsewhere on the lot.

Nice but none insulated Hotel

This is a nice and clean Hotel ( room ) but there is a big problem, there is no insulation. You can hear every body talking in the next room, and also outside. And at the second floor, you hear every body walking. The breakfast is great !
