This listing includes exclusive use of two private apartments within a multi unit building. Both units are located on the third floor and are accessed via stairs through a shared building entrance. There are no shared interior living spaces and no interior stairs within either unit.

This unique setup offers privacy and flexibility for groups, with two fully equipped condos connected via the hallway. Each unit features its own open concept living, kitchen, and dining area, ideal for gathering together while still enjoying separation when needed.

Our home is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter, Caesars Casino, or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans best restaurants await.



All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including local favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

You will be walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to the French Quarter and the convention center, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short uber ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

-Pets are not allowed at this property. 

-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check-in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
