The reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and accommodating. However, we had some issues with the amenities in our room such as wifi connectivity, inability to use the TV, and the toilet not flushing properly. Thankfully, when we brought this up to the front desk, they gave us a new room right away

We had such a great stay!!! The staff was amazing from front desk, to bartenders, to servers, and we didn’t meet room service but I’m sure they were great as well! Our room was clean. The food at the bar was delicious! Esp the fried pickles and Cobb salad. The couches in the lobby were so comfortable to watch the Super Bowl and the gentleman who held down the fort serving during superbowl was phenomenal as well. Great day will be back again!

Front desk was not helpful and had attitude to explain things . I paid my trip in package air and Hotel thru Expedia . When I arrived there they added additional $100 for resort fee which was not disclosed . They provided free ticket to visit a facility those were sold out when we called them
