The front desk reception was not there when we arrived. They left the valet guy in charge and he was very unprofessional and clueless. The hotel looks very cold and dirty. The hallway walls are dirty and out room shower had hair in it, the soap was already opened and the wash towels were dirty. They moved us to another room that had an ozone machine and smelled of smoke. We canceled our reservation immediately

The room is super clean and super comfortable. The floor is very clean not like some reviews I read at all. The water pressure on the shower is super strong. The sink however is very low. Very good decor in the room. We are very satisfied.
