The stay was great but the digital check in was a pain. I was travelling and trying to use my phone to get the door code and room assignment which involves switching screens to retrieve 4 digit codes and multiple emails with the “team”. Only to arrive and find there is someone on the reception desk and the front door was open and the valet was right there at the front door…the whole thing needs a revamp. Really a pain.

Was told our room was ready at check in time at 4pm. Went to the room we were given and it was occupied with other guests. Went back to front desk and was given another room, when we got to the room it had not even been cleaned. Bed wasn’t made, trash in room. Staff was helpful after the fact, but would not recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and very well set up. The mini fridge was bog enough for my needs, but I do wish there was a microwave. The staff was super friendly when I needed them and always professional. And most importantly, the water pressure was wonderful. Kasa was absolutely perfect for my needs, and I'd stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Lovely vibe- a bit dated but perfect for the New Orleans experience. Somewhat loud with the tram going lazy outside, but again it was fun to look out the window and see it so I really enjoyed it and the loud noise didn’t bother me.
