Disappointed with the room, 107 The AC unit was extremely loud,unbearable. Sheet protector had many stains. Called the front desk and was given a blanket to throw over it until housekeeping could come the next day. Also was advised of a 50$ meal credit. Ordered breakfast and was not given any credit. Good location for parades, and walking around Pleasant front desk staff.

The front desk staff was amazing. On the day of check in the roads closed for a change in parade route and the woman I called was able to look up nearby parking for me without making the moment more stressful. She really eased the frustration I was experiencing and had everything ready when I arrived. The restaurant was also amazing from service to presentation and flavor. Definitely worth visiting even if your are not a hotel guest.

Smells really good in the lobby lol it was the first thing I noticed. Front desk was really sweet. Our room was nice and dark. Spacious as well. Very cute place and the price was exceptional as well. This was also next door to the restaurant we booked. I will be back!

Overall the room and hotel was very nice. Friendly staff, great location. A little more effort could go into sound proofing the halls but I suspect that has more to do with the mardi gras season and abnormally loud guest late at night.
