Stayed here two nights for business. The place was clean and comfortable and easily accessible, which is what I really need. Some wear and tear in the room but nothing significant. While it was nice that the "breakfast" was brought directly to your room in the morning, the food left something to be desired if you're looking for something hearty. I suggest getting your breakfast elsewhere.

hi the hotel has an incredible location and the room is spacious, however regarding the cleaning there is a lot still to improve, the room smell like cigarret really bad, and the breakfast is a take out croasaint and orange juice. really it did not fullfill my expectations.

Gem in Times Square

Never saw a cleaner bathroom. A1 on housekeeping. Great location and very quiet rooms. Only down of stay was one of the elevators was broken.

The staff at the reception was very professional, especially David! But when I was about to leave after three days, I sked the lady at the reception to call a cab for a ride to JFK. Well, she said the cab would charge me a flat rate of $90. However, when I get to JFK the cabby charged me more. And I had to dispute that through my bank. I believe the hotel staff should be vigilant regarding the dishonesty of that cabby.
