This hotel is in a very unsafe area in NYC, I couldn't find it, there was no reception or lights on at described location... not sure how they scammed their way through here.

Great, convenient, they allowed us to keep bags before and after check out, super clean, helpful staff, surprisingly quiet for being at such a busy location. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find, there is little signage and i walked past it multiple times. But the price was great, would definitely stay again

The rooms are VERY small. Probably best suited for a single traveler; two at most. Staff is very kind and helpful. There is no elevator, but staff will take care of luggage. Located in the heart of it all. If you just need a place to crash at the end of your long days in NYC, this is great!

Charming NYC hotel close to Broadway

Great NYC hotel, clean and friendly staff. Location was great and check in was easy. The blue hotel awning was missing making me a little nervous the place was legit. No elevator but for me it added to the experience.

The shopping area is massive for tourists great location especially if you are going to the theater. The room was very clean but the bathroom sliding door didn't work properly and should be bigger to completely cover the bathroom entrance. The staff were very professional, polite, and accommodating.The air conditioning worked very well.

I loved the place, it’s very quiet and close to everything (literally one block from Time Square). All very clean and beautiful. The air conditioner works perfect. The service was very good and the staff were very nice and helpful. Not elevator but it wasn't a problem for me. The only problem is that the shower doesn't have something to stop the water and you end up getting the whole bathroom wet. Anyway, I would come back again since I loved the place.
