We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room and common areas were always clean. The hotel staff was courteous & very helpful. The only inconvenience we experienced was the intense smell of smoke in the hallway and the ground level where the gym & bathrooms are at. 😖

I felt comfortable and safe by myself during my stay in the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. The subway stop is a few steps from the hotel. The surrounding area is safe. There is a 24 hour open food mart almost adjacent to the hotel . My room was cleaned everyday
