Room had an event space next to it and wad noisy until 10pm when the event ended. When i checked in i had asked for a quiet rm and was told no changes could be made , not a good customer service experience. Much lacking. Otherwise uneventful

Spacious room. Inadequate lighting. Windows did not lock. Overpowering smell of air freshener throughout. Hmmm....i wonder why? Isolated location - in an industrial area. No restaurants. No taxis. Wifi connection poor. Frequently cut out then reconnected without wifi! Very noisy. Yes, bridge traffic but also from the carpark, neighbouring rooms and the corridor.
