I booked through Expedia and they lied on their website! The room I booked showed a balcony which I only booked this hotel for the balcony. Said there was a rooftop bar/restaurant and I was excited for that but of course once we got there both were not true. The staff told me it had been closed down for months but Expedia won't correct it on their websites. I only gave two stars on certain things just because of the area of the hotel. We aren't from NY so we didn't know a lot but this hotel is kinda away from everything. We walked to try and find a things to do in the evening and there wasn't much. There was a lot of closed down buildings, big trucks abandoned parked on the streets, a lot of trash laying around.....felt like we were in a sketchy area, but to make it clear the hotel and staff at this hotel were very nice, our window would not lock so they put us in a better room which was way bigger. The only real complaint I have is with Expedia....I booked this place for certain things they showed that I paid for and they were lies. I'll never book through Expedia again.

The hotel is located at a very poor area where no stores and restaurants around, sure we booked a premier king with city view, room is nice and clean but if you need a place to go hang out this is not the place just book a place in the center of manhattan it’s better, this hotel is good for business stays only not for tourists or honeymooners and bathrooms the one tub was dusty and with a little hair, housekeeper should mind cleaning that one

Convenient location just one subway stop outside of Manhattan, this property is a great value. Only negative was the tv would only turn on and off, which we brought to the attention of the front desk a few times with no one coming up to fix it. Not a big deal as we were only in the room to change or rest at the end of a long day.

Housekeeping need more time in the rooms and Front desk need to work in accommodating the guest. I will leave 5 star on the review because I know that everyone is trying. If is to be in the rule I think 4 stars it is where they are. The property it self it is great. I think that management is what is missing. Management that allows front desk don’t be a machine. And that makes effort to housekeeping be able to do their job that it is also deep clean.

Unsafe - the hotel staff harnessed me the entire stay. The towels provided were bloody, there was no cold water, and they had hidden cameras and recorders in the room. This was the worst level of harassment that I've ever experienced and strongly suggest folks avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff and management are sick.

La estadia en general estuvo bien, solo que cuando quicimos ir al rooftop dijeron que solo era para eventos privados, y la verdad fue una de las cosas que nos llamo la atencion para reservar en ese hotel, y ver que no lo tienen habilitado fue mala experiencia, adicional a ello las ventanas estaban sucias por fuera y por dentro asi que la vista de la habitacion no se disfruto como debia ser.
