First and foremost, Monique was amazing upon our arrival. Took such good care of us and was very welcoming. Room was very clean and standard size for NYC. Great proximity to the subway into the city and plenty of food options within one block.

Front staff was great! But oh boy I gave this place a second chance and I just give up. The shower head was messed up . I was heading ready to shower and when I turned the water on there was water going everywhere! I wasn’t planning on washing my hair and it got messed up . The desk chair was old and had a rip on it
