The location of this hotel is so accessible. It is just a few steps from the A, C, and E train, which take you to JFK very easily and only a block away from the Garden, with more access to the rest of the city. The facility is very clean and wellness focused. It is as quiet as it can be in NYC.

We loved this hotel. The staff were friendly welcoming and efficient. Our room and shower was larger than expected and the standard of housekeeping was very good.Very clean . Breakfast was limited but all the same healthy and good quality! Again with very pleasant staff. The location was reasonably handy for us as we had family further north near Times Square and we could walk there but 8th Ave was not for us. Noisy, dirty and a bit scary

Good but...

Pretty nice hotel. A few things prevented me from giving it a higher rating The room isnt sound proof as advertised. You could hear the elevator dinging, people walking in the hallway and thwir conversations. Could also hear some noise from the next room The workout bar in the room wasn't aligned properly and led into the wall. Pretty annoying There's a mini fridge in the room, but no microwave, so there was no point in having leftovers
