Although our room was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait until 6:00 pm, I understand this may have been due to the high volume of guests after Christmas and limited staffing. Unfortunately, extra pillows and sheets were also unavailable. That said, the hotel’s location is excellent, which makes it a good choice overall

Place is quiet, excellent location, you can watch the thanksgiving parade. I just had one issue this time - it was our second time here - the cleaning lady(s) always took our toilet paper and did not replace it with a new one, I mean, she left us every single day without paper, we had to ask for it every day, that should be basic checklist for them. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Manhattan.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room itself was very poor. We didn’t have hot water for our shower, the bed quality was awful and bowed to one side. There was what appeared to be a blood spot on my pillowcase. The towels were dingy and worn. They did however, service our room every day and did a fabulous job.

The area seemed a little unsafe, the breakfast was not great. We mostly ate the yogurt parfait cups and fruit because everything else didn’t taste good. Staff was nice. Rooms were TINY and dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and there were holes from the towel rack that they didn’t fix. Overall would NOT recommend.

Staff very friendly on arrival quick check in small welcome pack with water nice touch on arrival Room was clean allow slightly dated Our last night was disturbed with a faulty fire alarm that lasted for a few hours lasting until 1.00am ( faulty panel ) staff tried to rectify but were unable no apologies in the morning when checking out

The room smelled like paint. It was crazy small, as not even a space to open luggage. The air conditioner made loud rattling noise; had to set something by the vents to make it stop. The curtain rod was inoperable. They didn’t refurbish the toilet paper after cleaning the room. I had to go to front desk to ask for a roll. Front desk staff did not offer an apology, just said here you go. It is very conveniently located though, close to Times Square, Empire Star Building and multiple Metro stops.
