The staff were all so friendly and helpful-I would stay at this hotel again for this reason alone. Great people! Location is good, close to the subway and I love that it's near the river.

The hair over heated and didn’t have a guard on back! I accidentally touched the fan and if not for my nail it would have cut me. There also was no chair, just the bed to sit on.

The bathroom felt like an absolute death trap!!! Unsafe, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised. The microwave didn’t work, and the fridge barely functioned. When we brought these issues to the staff, they literally shrugged and said none of the microwaves in the entire hotel work. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality. Instead, the place felt like it was barely staying together. I honestly feel like I overpaid by a lot. I would not recommend staying here until the owners invest in serious repairs and upgrades.
