This is a nice hotel, in a great location and a great value. The common area finishes need updating, but room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

Very dark lobby area, old building, small room, room in very worn condition, no window curtains, a/c not working, only 1 sheet on beds-no top sheet, window dirty, construction noise and traffic horns, bathroom toilet does not flush correctly, sink missing stopper, tub caulking needs replacing, check in was confusing because of dark lobby and only one staff present.

Well having stayed at the Paramount a few times years ago I was surprised in the worst way by this stay. Property seems to have gone way downhill. I paid $500 for a "bunk room" that had zero soundproofing / window didn't seal, no TV, toilet didn't flush properly and thermostat didn't work. Super loud. Front desk said they'd send someone but "we have 600 rooms that need attention so it may be awhile", then didn't answer the phone when I called back. Gave the maintenance guy (who came 30 mins later) a huge tip because he was going to talk to front desk then I never heard from him again, Did not sleep. No idea what the $40 resort fee covered. The area is great but this experience was awful.

When I first arrived at Paramount Hotel, there were no towels or washcloths in the room. There were stains on the bedding as well as the pillows and pillowcases. The first night housekeeping came in the room while we were getting dressed. We explained that we needed a few moments and ask if they could come back and housekeeping continue to clean the room despite our request and did not allow us to properly get dressed. The second night, the female housekeeping, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. However, she forgot to bring back washcloths, and a second request had to be made. The pillows and the sheets were never changed out, and the stains remain on the bedding leading to us purchasing sheets for our stay to feel comfortable The receptionist for check in and check out we’re both nice and extremely professional. The lobby was clean and very inviting however, the guest parking information was not explained.

The elevators, though many, were extremely slow. Worst, our room had no cups or glassed to drink from, no iron or ironing board, no ice bucket, a terribly outdated and rusty bath tub and sink faucets and practacly no desk table space for even your room key.

I was really looking forward to my stay at the Paramount Hotel for my birthday, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, and the room was noticeably colder than expected. To make matters worse, there was no hot water throughout the stay. The room itself was much smaller than advertised, which was especially frustrating given the occasion. I had hoped for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, but the reality didn’t live up to the expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my visit.

Never again - paramount is a paraNooooo

The first room we were assigned was extremely small, the air conditioner was not working, bathtub was clogged. I made them aware at the front desk at about 9pm they asked if I would wait while they fixed it - at 9pm?!?!?! They gave me another room across hall a bit bigger. The TV was not working I called maintenance, they never came. The windows were really filthy. Horrible lighting in hallways and room - very dark. Honestly the best part was the lobby (vibrant) deceiving. Upon checkout I explained the disappointment they took the $45 extra fee off - really?!
