Upon arrival there was a letter about hot water being an issue. First room hot water did not work after work was supposedly completed and water pressure was low. Only had 2 big towels. Second room water was hot but pressure was poor and slightly better than before. Had 2 big towels and 2 hand towels. First room was slightly bigger being on the end hall. Gave up an end room to have hot water. Both rooms showers were a little rough looking. House keeping walked in even though we paid for late check out. My friend was in his underwear (thong) eating breakfast at the desk in the room. Woman kept door wide open, said “sorry”, but continued to talk about her being there to clean the room. I was in the bathroom preparing for a shower and heard the conversation. Issue was due to having to move rooms for hot water. Was only given 1 day of resort fees back for the house keeping incident.

The room was very dirty. There was no water pressure and the water wasn’t hot. The worst part was the heater though. It kept us awake all night because it was whistling and cracking very loudly.

We stayed in Room 326 on Christmas Night. The air-conditioning/heating unit next to the window was extremely noisy throughout the entire night like motorcycle, reaching to 51 decibels, which made it impossible for us to sleep at all. I do not understand why a room with such conditions is still being sold to guests. This is not an acceptable or livable accommodation condition. I am therefore requesting a full refund for this stay. I have pictures and videos we made 5am in the room, if you need.

Staff was quick to respond when our heater was running continuously. They fixed the issue. The hotel is in a good location for many attractions. Twin bunk beds were comfy!

Staff was FANTASTIC! So friendly and helpful! The rooms could definitely use some updating. Outlets were loose and couldn’t hold my chargers. Bathtub and toilet were not very clean. Door to the room was VERY difficult to open from the hallway AND from inside the room. But the staff made our experience awesome! GREAT LOCATION, too!

The hotel is very safe and in a good area, nearby Times Square. The only thing I would say is the our room didn’t really get cleaned by housekeeping during our stay. Overall, I would stay here again because it was a good location and the hotel was in good shape.
