The staff was so nice and friendly here! They held my bags for me all day until my flight and ordered a car to take me to the airport. Thank you!

Don’t stay here. Checked in around 1, $50 early check in. Work pays for it, no big deal. Didn’t have an ironing board, asked for one as I was tight on time. Took them 5 hours and asking 3 times for them to come through. Random candy from the last guest on the window. Windows were filthy. Didn’t share the Wi-Fi password, asked someone who didn’t know at the front desk. Gross place. Rude people.

This property is in average condition. Very small room with full-size beds, which are pretty inconvenient for two people to sleep. The shower is only partially enclosed with significant water leakage from the shower onto the bathroom floor. There were flys inside the bathroom and bedroom.

Not worth the price

I liked it when i walked into property it felt at first I am getting for what i paid for, after check in went downhill, countertop dirty, bathroom shower curtain rod had paper towel holding it up, who has a mirror in their shower?? Thats awkward. There was no trash bin to even put your trash in it. Would have been nice for at least a mini fridge. Definitely not worth $355 a night I've stayed at others near by with so much better hospitality and comfort this wasnt it. This place should do better for what they charge. I will never be staying at this place ever again. Oh and they want to charge you extra for early check in it is kinda ridiculous.

Stayed 3 nights to attend Jacob Javits Ctr. Super easy walk. Parking garage directly across hotel for $25/day was a huge plus. King size room was smaller than I thought but functional. No coffee maker, microwave or phone in room. VG wifi. Microwave in the lobby. Maria checked me in, checked me out & was very nice, and helpful, to talk to.

This was our 2nd time choosing Hudson Yards Hotel. The location is great, we can walk to central park , times square and close to all public transportation. The amenities are fine. Bed comfortable. Hot water is in the lobby .....bring ur fav tea bags or starbucks sliders.
