A clean and pleasant property with helpful, friendly staff—the hotel’s most valuable asset, in my opinion. However, getting to and from the room was somewhat inconvenient due to how the elevator access system works. It seems the hotel may have experienced security issues in the past and implemented a system that, while understandable, feels a bit complicated for guests.

The staff were kind, and attentive, and the room was clean. But there were some real issues. First, the elevator was broken. They had staff run it, you had to request a pick up 7:30a-8:30p, prime time. But they weren't trained well and didn't use critical thinking, so they were running pick ups so inefficiently, that we waited forever. The pillows were super lumpy, and the room was so small (NYC, I get it), but it was set up poorly and I smacked my head on an ill-placed cabinet next to my bed. Things they couldn't do much about are t in the area. It's not very efficient and not very neighborhood-like.

Loved everything about this hotel !! The staff was accommodating and very nice! My son and I stayed there because it is a half a block from Mount Sinai West where my son is getting treated. I will definitely stay there again !! One small issue was only having one elevator operating but that wasn’t a huge drawback for me!!

Room was clean, staff was great. The elevator was broken and we weren’t notified before we arrived. It was a little annoying having to call for the elevator every time we needed to go up or down. Otherwise it was a great experience.
