This hotel was clean and up to date, location was ideal and a subway station is located nearby which was very convenient. Staff was helpful and very accommodating. Only one working elevator which made things hard, hopefully they resolve this issue soon. Overall pleasant stay, would recommend!

There was only 1 elevator working. Some of the staff were downright rude. The restaurant bar tender (Mo) was outstanding. Way overpriced for the accommodations. The daily “resort fee” should be removed when you have to spend hours waiting for an elevator during your stay. The “free” coffee was nasty, when I asked when it was made the lady snapped at me and said it was just made, it was cold and very obvious it had sat there all day and put back out from the morning. I threw it away and I walked to Starbucks. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
