Room was too small for two queen beds . There were no drawer space to put clothes in . Having safe almost on the floor was difficult to operate . Lots of noise from banging doors and rooms were not soundproofed .Woken each morning at 6.30am when people were leaving for breakfast.

Absolutely loved it. However we were not given the room we actually booked. We booked the superier king bed lakefacing. We got a room with 2 queen beds. They could not move us as had no lakefacing superier rooms available. Said Expedia double booked? Not a big deal but disappointing on our special weekend away.. Loved that the Polynesian Spa's were a 2 min walk away

Had to shift rooms duevto construction noise adjacent to hotel, the staff were great i am sure they would have been rushed off their feet as the whole flour had to shift.
