The location of the hotel is excellent within few minutes to the Times Square and all the best New York attractions. The staff was very friendly and the lady responsible for floor 16 was exceptional. Would love to come back

Great location near Times Square... walking distance to everything. Property was clean and modern for the most part. Service was good. Drinks at the hotel bar were on the pricier side, but they give you a daily credit to use towards food and drinks. Not really a credit because then charge your a daily "resort fee" so they basically cancel each other... not really though... the resort fee was a little more. Liked the room and bathroom though. Would stay there again.

I booked this property reading the fine lines stating that….pay upon checking in. The guest (my sister) and her family hasn’t arrived yet, they already charged my card. To make matters worse, my sister upon checking in, presented her credit card and instructed them that all the hotel bill will be charged on her card, but they told her that it was already charged on my card. How is that possible when the service is not yet rendered they already charged the entire stay on my card who is not the guest. My sister told them multiple times that it has to be charged on her account/card since she’s the guest but they just ignored her. I have proofs that they charged my card even before my sister checked in. If that’s the case then I should have the rate of pay now or non refundable as supposed to pay upon checking in. There’s a big difference with non refundable versus pay at the hotel. The clan booked total of 10 rooms from Dec 27 to Jan 3 and upon checking in….some rooms were cancelled by the property! Gave them another rooms with much higher price. My sister booked 2 rooms with a total of 11K for the entire stay. You do the math if it’s 10 rooms. Clearly the hotel upon seeing the amount was high “played games” with their booking. First class corruption!
