- room is older and dirty (dusty, rust in bathroom, carpets dirty, and shower was clogged -service: requested additional towels and had to keep requesting as they never arrived. Additionally if you book through a third party, BEWARE that they will use your credit card information to charge you daily through them as well. Check your transactions. When I brought it up to the front desk and manager, they weren’t apologetic but instead said that they had reimbursed it back so that it was fine bc it was a credit card so the charge would just fall off.

This was a really pleasant experience in the heart of a very busy, dirty city. I mostly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, including the bellman and the breakfast team. I would stay here again. I just hate being on top floors, so I would probably stay lower :-)
