Never checked in do not stay in this area. The hotel smelled the front lobby. There was crime all over the street next-door apartment had bars on the window windows. People bothered us outside on the street.

The parking lot was full and an additional note on the limited parking should be noted on the booking link. The hotel suite was not very clean, the hotel floor smelled terrible as if guests were smoking in their rooms. Very negative experience and will not book there again.

I am not sure if we just got a bad room or what. Upon arrival to our room, it smelled like someone had been chain smoking in there for days. Overall it was clean but there were no hangers in the closet and not even one hook to hang towels in the bathroom. A desk but no chair. It did have a mini fridge which was nice. When I asked for hangers, they brought 3. The hotel staff was very friendly and location was good, convenient to the train. Free parking if you get there in time, otherwise it's the street or a garage. I was really hoping this would become the go-to spot for visiting my son at Fordham but I will keep looking.

The property is new and in very nice shape. A BIG thing to be advised of, however, is their offering of free parking. While the parking is free, this eight story hotel only has literally about 8 legitimate spaces in which to park. More people than that actually wedge their cars into unmarked spaces. So if you do find a place to park, good luck getting your car out (seriously). Street parking in the area is really, really problematic. So if you are staying with a car, beware.

SCAM... do not book here

This hotel is a scam. Dont trust pictures. The outside of hotel is RAT INFESTED and in a horrible neighborhood. Hotel staff was rude and check in took 20 minutes. After finally getting a key, i found that the "free parking " is limited to 10 parking spots and there is no overnight street parking. . Had to book another hotel. Just a horrible place....

Our stay was very safe, very clean hotel. Very comfortable. Just a few tips for hotel management. Shower needs a soap dish or liquid soap shelf, no where to put soap while you’re showering. This makes it difficult for older people to have to bend down to grab soap or shampoo from the shower floor. Also, towel racks, none in bathroom to hang towel. Rooms should all have microwaves, not very convenient to have to go to lobby to use the only microwave in the whole hotel. Absolutely no kind of amenities… maybe like a lil area in lobby where one can purchase a bottle of water, soft drink, snacks, etc etc. Other than that, very nice stay! Surprise to see this in the Bronx.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. We walked into what was supposed to be a clean room. There was hair on the toilet and in the bed. It was gross. We informed the front desk and got clean sheets for the bed. The floor we were on smelled like marijuana and was extremely loud. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
