City Island is a Small Island located in Bronx. Population is 4.500 people. This property is right at the water, few steps to the small private beach. The property is very close to hospitals, Colleges, Botanical Garden, Bronx Zoo. Walking distance to Pelham Bay park and the public Beach (Orchard Beach) it is also good for biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing and more.
City Island is also know for the most famous Seafood Restaurants, local bars, cafes and more. Walking distance to the supermarket, and bank. Great stay

i had a great stay at the property. it is located very conveniently in city island, with walkable shops and restaurants, and easy car access to manhattan. hosts are lovely and communicate perfectly whenever anything is needed. i would recommend this to anybody looking to stay in the area.
