Langham Hotels - accommodation in New York

Was offered an "upgrade" to a suite with ample room for my family and me, from a double queen city view room for $100 extra a night. Upon arriving at the suite, there was only 1 bed. Apologies and additional bedding arrangements were offered, but never came. The bathroom was not cleaned to the point that rings from the previous guests' products were still on the counters. None of the outlets would hold a plug, and the automatic blind system would malfunction and then die out, causing awful noises and then needing to be manually opened/closed.

Would not stay here again. Pros:The lobby is beautiful and it is close to EVERYTHING in Times Square and Broadway. There is a small coffee shop downstairs and a bar. You can store bags, different price both times we used it. Cons: Had to have maintenance come to our room 2 times because our room was 78 degrees. They were out of conditioner..really? You can’t stream Netflix on the tv without a chromecast device HDMI. The elevators, are HORRIBLE! You would select your floor and it was skip it or take you to another floor. Did this multiple times when I was on it. I would stay at another location.
