Was offered an "upgrade" to a suite with ample room for my family and me, from a double queen city view room for $100 extra a night. Upon arriving at the suite, there was only 1 bed. Apologies and additional bedding arrangements were offered, but never came.
The bathroom was not cleaned to the point that rings from the previous guests' products were still on the counters. None of the outlets would hold a plug, and the automatic blind system would malfunction and then die out, causing awful noises and then needing to be manually opened/closed.
