Great location. Close to subway and very walkable area. Rooms are dated but clean and plenty of space for 2 people and luggage. Staff was helpful and informative. I would stay here again.

Good Location

The hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and a subway station right next to the building. You could walk to Central Park too. The room was clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly, but wish the fees of the room (destination fee) were explained more clearly. The room and bathroom are dated and worn out. The TV did not work, the faucet handle is barely attached, the fridge was dirty with food stains and spills. The rooms need some updating and replacing of a few things but overall it was fine.

Staff were not friendly at all. The Starbucks is located inside the “Library bar”. Starbucks is open from 6-3pm. Two bottles of water provided when you arrive. No room service. Very expensive. You need to pay to leave your luggage till your room is ready…$6 US per bag.

The room wasn’t ready for checking until 10 hours after the stated check in time. No compensation was offered or refund made either from the hotel or by Expedia. Expedia’s customer services were utterly disappointing, clueless and not helpful at all.

This property mentioned nothing about how much construction the hotel is under at the moment only service elevators that you wait 10 minutes on sometimes the parking garage company is the rudest staff I’ve ever seen. They won’t allow you to retrieve things from your car once it’s in it’s in until checkout no exception but had they told us previously I’d been ok with that but they rushed us out of our vehicle with all our luggage. Even told us we weren’t moving fast enough all around not a great experience not to mention how dirty the hotel and our room was never staying at Sheraton again

The property is under renovation, but not the rooms. This was my third stay. Unfortunately, the room felt very outdated, small, with old carpet/furnitures, and there was no cooler provided at first. I had to call twice before I received one. On the positive side, the location is great and the gym in the basement is nice with variety of equipments.
