TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL THE MONEY WE SPENT!! Stayed at this hotel for a few days for a vaction. We had to check out early but was giving constant run arounds about paying a PENALTY FEE!! At the end they told us we wouldnt have to pay anything and we wouldnt get a refund for the additional night we were supposed to stay. Checked out the next morning and a few days later i was charged almost 400 dollars. THIS WASNT EVEN THE WORST PART!! Brown stuff was leaking out the sink water and the shower. Was originally told we was going to get a 35 dollar food credit for food for the whole stay. It wasnt a credit. We was charged for the credit they was giving to us. THIS HOTEL WAS A TOTALLY HORRIBLE AND A DISGRACE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE SPENT! I definitely do not RECCOMMEND THIS DUMP OF A HOTEL!!!!!!

Unhelpful and unkind staff. Hotel was overbooked so despite having a reservation rooms were not ready until after 9pm. No record of request for rooms on the same floor in their files (despite emailing and calling). Elevators didn’t work (often walked down from +30 floor. Restaurant rarely open. Library Bar crowded and messy (clutter of old machines and boxes everywhere.) I would never stay here again.

Great place very clean close to many locations. Loved that our room was big and came with two full body mirrors. Staff was great and so helpful when we asked for directions !! I would give it 5 stars however check-in was 2 and a half hours long I have never waited that long to check into a hotel not even Vegas and it gets very busy. They had two people helping the elite gold members but only one person for the regular check-ins. Even when they had no one in the elite members side they never moved over to help the other line. It was so unprofessional. People behind us lost reservations from waiting so long. Before booking I had read other reviews with similar experiences but thought it wouldn’t happen and I was wrong I should have listened. Towards the end they get 4 more people to help the line a little too late. I do recommend but be aware that check-in may or may not take almost 3 hours so come at your own risk!

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Times Square and other New York attractions. The location was perfect! Short, enjoyable walks to nearly everything. The hotel check in was a bit of a nightmare because of the long line, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice but starting to age a bit. Overall...good experience and would stay again

Not the right size beds for family of 4 adults. Not enough towels, blinds malfunctioning, bathroom had dirty shower curtain, mildew on sink & tub, only 1 mini bottle of shampoo and conditioner for 4 people, dirty bed comforter, just to name a few things. Worst stay I’ve ever had. However, we loved the close proximity to many of my favorite places to visit in NY.

Room was clean only thing I would say is being more open about the fees and the deposit so first time travelers like myself don't get caught up in a situation where we don't have enough money because all the fees weren't mentioned until check out but all in all the manager took care of the situation for .

Flight arrived early and was told no early check in, to come back at 4pm. The hitel does mot hold bags for free, had to pay $6/bag ($48 for 4 carry on and 4 backpacks). Came back at 4pm and waited 2.5hrs in a long ridiculous line to check in with 2 people at fron desk. Went to get out bags and they had moved it to another area. Finally get to our room and the toilet wasnt flushed and hair in the bath tub. I was not about to go bsck downstairs and wait in that line again to change roooms. Also no fan in the bathrooms and thin walls, could hear guests in the next room.
