Room was clean and well serviced by housekeeping. Room was dated and mattress was severely pitted (old and should be replaced) and uncomfortable. Hotel was also under construction which was not disclosed at booking time. Was booked a few weeks before so hotel was aware but didnt say anything! Restaurants temporary or unavailable. And finally as Tiered Bonvoy member no room upgrade and and no complimentary water in room which is standard at every Sheraton I have stayed at. Not likely to stay here again.
