Our hotel experience was horrible as they first took the security deposit but later on they say we dont have one room available on my two rooms booking and after waiting for long hiurs we got one hotel also the water in washbasin was not working propely and room has bad odour while entering and worst experiwnce we had even though we paid a lot . Bad customer hotel reception experince too

The property was located right above 7th ave subway. 5 min walk from TS and Central Park! Super friendly staff. The breakfast options at starburst are very low - but there’s another one close by.

For a positive it was nice to be able to be on Times Square. We were also within walking distance to a lot of places. Downside is their main entrance is being remodeled so you had to go through the side entrance and it made the lobby and everywhere very congested. They charged a “destination fee” but wanted to “credit” us $35 a day but you could only use it at the bar and Starbucks. Not the gift shop inside which is the only place you can get snacks/regular drinks. Rooms are small. Bed and pillows were very comfy though! Overall it was no where near as nice of an experience as it was for me about 6-7 years ago.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a lady whom came off extremely strong and rude almost.. she spoke in a very harsh manner, ultimately after explaining we’d like to check in early and offered to pay extra if possible, she asked another employee if we could. Thankfully they were able to accommodate us, however once in the room, i immediately noticed the room was not cleaned. Attached are the images of how the restroom was. I went down to the front desk and was told there was no other room to be switched to, but I was “welcome to return after 4pm” to check if they was another room available. They did suggest sending house keeping to clean, however since I had 2 special need children with me, I went ahead and cleaned it myself. Once I told them I had cleaned it, they ask “well what do you want us to do? You fixed the issue.” House keeping did come to the room, I believe she was a Nigerian women, I explained the issue and she too felt it wasn’t an issue. I decided to ignore the rude comment and return after 4pm to see if there was something “cleaner” than what we were given. They were able to accommodate my children and I in another room. Unfortunately it felt very demeaning. This was our first trip as a family to NYC. I do not plan to stay at the property again.

As a returning guest, we’ve stayed at different locations of Sheraton as well as this Times Square location before, yet this time it was not an enjoyable stay. Our check-in was at 4pm, we arrived at 9pm, and STILL our room was not ready and we had to change to a different room. Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of feet; no one expects it to smell like flowers, but it shouldn’t smell bad either. One of the lamps didn’t work, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. There were 2 different stains on the bed covers, and multiple stains on the bathroom towels as well. Some items were also missing initially, such as towels. The bathroom countertop was also broken. This was a very disappointing stay because Sheraton has usually been a good hotel company, and our last stay at this same exact hotel was fine.

Not worth the price!

Not so good of an experience at this time square hotel! Over crowdiness is expected! Too much going on. The front desk agent was the only nice person there. The rooms with the full size bedroom were too small. The breakfast restaurant too expensive for the quality of the breakfast. I will not consider this location again!

Go Yankees.

It was a nice hotel. The bed, which is supposed to be high end, was a bit too soft. It felt like you’d sink into it. The windows could use some cleaning but then again we were on the 34th floor. Everything from valet to checking in and out were excellent. Oh, the chaise chair felt very cheap. The material was similar to what you’d find in an institution.
