The rooms were clean and the elevators were easily accessible. They have the options to store the bags $6/day which was very helpful before and after check in. It is located close to time square so we were able to walk there. The only con I would say is that the front desk staff had attitude when asked questions and were rude at times. Other than that, great place!

At the beginning the girl in the front desk was not that very friendly. Second thing was that I make sure that the hotel had a parking lot but it doesn't say that you need to pay extra $87 per day and you can't even take your car whenever you want it. Also the elevators didn't work the entire time I was there we had to use the service elevators

The hotel itself was in a great location and the lobby was great, but we had to consistently go around the main entrance because the main entrance was closed due to the weather conditions and the room itself was not the greatest. The bathroom toilet kept making a sound every night. The room was a little dirty with stains on the walls or closets and it is very outdated. We stayed on the 34th floor.

We had elevator issues several times. When we asked for help the staff had not been informed so each time they had to scramble to figure it out. They could have just posted something and informed their staff so we could have planned better. Also, it was freezing outside and they would lock all outside doors at the same time. We had to enter via the parking garage. They could have staggered the construction. I'd been there before and was disappointed this time.

In the five nights I stayed there housekeeping only came one day. You had to call downstairs and ask for washcloths! I left my coat in the room and no one has called. Staff at Starbucks on site decide when and what time they serve certain drinks. NOT a place I will EVER stay again. My previous experience was nothing like this one

Dirty, old, elevators don’t work. 45 min to check in. Restaurant closed. Cold in lobby. Room heater didn’t work. Water didn’t get hot. No shower cap, no water in room. Had to go get it which I tried and was closed. Charged a resort fee of 37 dollars for hi h they didn’t say. There should be notice or don’t charge. I will tell everyone not to go there. Ever
