We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located right in the center of most of the tourist sites, including Broadway, Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Rooms were clean and pretty spacious considering hotel size in NYC. After staying a mini hotels in New York City this was by far the best parking experience I ever had. The parking garage is conveniently located right next to the hotel. The process was very easy and seamless.

This hotel is under a major renovation so the reception area looks like construction site - very unwelcoming. Staff tried their best but in honesty, apart from the location and beds the hotel is awful. I would choose another hotel for similar price. They also make you pay $35 each day that you can redeem but I think it’s a con as you are forced to use it or lose it. They claimed to offer 2 tickets per room to Guggenheim but never seems to have any availability. Pros: good location and comfy beds Cins: looks like a building site, old, unkempt, staff not too happy, added daily costs, some areas are really bad

Bad rude staff

Very unfriendly staff, and rude check in took very long time , hotel was under construction/ renovation we were not aware of this so it’s was a big mess. Room very very outdated and smelled moldy and dirty. We were using service elevator because the guest elevator were closed, there was always big carts left by the elevator door we literally had to push them . Ido not recommend this hotel not worth the money .

Construction thru the entire hotel, elevators took forever each time using them . Had to take two elevators to lobby and lower level. Toilet didn’t function properly for three days even after I told them the issue

Rooms are very very small , lifts are too confusing . Bathroom is very basic and especially shower water flow not enough for bathing. Dining staff is rude and most times you have to wait in the queue for a seat . No free WiFi even their emails says it’s free. What is great about this is Location. It’s convenient to lot of restaurants and attractions and all are walkable.

Location was great. Multiple construction within reception area, bathroom toilet kept flushing every 5 minutes. Staff was informed and said will send but nobody came to check and fix.
