This hotel experience was horrible! Extremely understaffed, we got to the hotel to check in at 11:30 PM and did not get checked in and into our room until 3:00 AM! There was two people working the desk but there’s was 3 workers PLUS the manager in the back doing nothing! The elevators were constantly breaking down and getting stuck and we waited 30+ minutes everytime for an elevator and always ended up having to go down 10 flights of stairs because it would say it couldn’t “allocate a lift”.

The hotel is nice and pleasant, the rooms are good and clean, and they are cleaned every day. I liked it quite a bit, but their elevator system is terrible. There are long lines to get on the elevator, and if too many people get in, it doesn't work and can even get stuck, which we witnessed happening. As constructive criticism, I think they should improve that, as well as the fact that you have to pay to eat breakfast at their restaurant.

I had a wonderful time, the room as clean. The only bad thing was the check in and long line! It took me about one hour to reach the counter. There should be a line for people with special needs.

Great location with subway station right outside the front entrance. If you stay here plan to have lots of patients. Be prepared to wait hours for check in. You can check your bag for a small feet and check in around midnight to skip the line. Also the wait for the elevators is also very frustrating. We ended up using stairs instead of waiting 10 min + every time.

Took 6 hours to get room and when did room so small for 4 people ask for upgrade said no. Room wasn’t clean right hair on restroom wall shower l, stains on sheets and housekeeper didn’t take trash out. Elevator move slow. Charge 35 per person attraction fee didn’t use any or credits and didn’t get refunded. Customer service at desk rude.
