I like nothing about the hotel. The representative barely spoke English. They showed no concern for anything that I complained about. I stayed two days in a room without TV. The rooms are way too small not clean to my expectations. Overall I had a horrible time at your hotel. There were unexpected fees that was not talked about. I have yet to get my deposit returned to me I don’t know what the problem is. No one has reached out to me seriously I’m reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau.

Room was very small - size of a full bed but bathroom was big. The bed was weird - it felt like ice everywhere at night bu my t shirt was wet - never had such an experience

The layout of the room was very inconvenient, like an L shape, which meant little space for luggage. We did not notice it is not a Full service hotel, so we only got the room cleaned every three days.

Ac/heat good. Small room. Have to choose between tv, microwave and refrig to plug in cause only one outlet with two recepticles. Internet to make tv didnt work entire time we were there complained each night but did not fix for the entire stay.

The space did not meet my needs. I have never seen a hotel with 2 twin beds for 3 ppl. It was not disclosed that the beds were twins. It wasn’t even a logical solution to my issues. The front desk guy was on his phone and pacing out front as I waited in the lobby for his help. I had to go outside and get him. He was rude, argumentative and condescending. 0/10
