Best Located Hotel for me. Good Value, very clean, good views and great room. BUT, the elevator situation is tragic, we waited 5, 10, 15 minutes to catch an elevator down to lobby or up to the room. Transferring on the 4th floor is almost a dealbreaker. Was very disappointed there is no restaurant, and the lobby in the 4th floor is so out of the way, you truly feel abandoned by the staff to ask any questions about nearby coffee or places to eat. I would stay again but not while the construction is going on. Final point PLEASE hose off the front and side of the hotel entrance (around the benches) every morning. Discusting.

We stayed in a city view room on the 40th floor. The view was breathtaking! Morning and night! The room was clean and the staff was fantastic. The hotel is located in a great area of ​​Manhattan, within walking distance of several tourist spots. We walked to the Brooklyn Bridge, Dumbo area, the Financial District, Memorial Park, and more. Next time we visit the city, we will definitely book this place again!

Property was good, great location, staff needed to be reminded for some stuff. First few days had issues with housekeeping but then got better staff to take care of us. What pictures show didn’t suffice when we arrived. It was an ok stay.

Bellman was very helpful in providing info. Porter service was a bit slow but we were fine transporting our bags to the room. Front desk was helpful after pre checking in and called us as soon as our room was ready. Room had a nice view of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Nice room, clean for the most part. Would come back.

The hotel was in a great location. Room was a great size and the view over the Hudson River was amazing. The hotel is currently going through some refurbishment so the lifts / breakfast situation wasn’t ideal.
