Not much to say—I requested a nice room, but was given one on the second floor with a window facing the inside restaurant. This meant I had to keep the shades down the whole time, making it feel like a bunker. For over $200, this room should have been much cheaper. Definitely not worth the price.

Under construction, poor support. Buyer beware

The lobby is under construction so check-in is upstairs, which is fine. But the restaurant is closed, gym is tiny, and the TV and HVAC in my room were both broken and never fixed. There is nobody to call, you have to text a service for help (which never comes). Unacceptable at their price point.

I didnt like that the lobby was so small and crowded or that checkin was on the 4th floor. I also didnt like the small bath towels. These are minor things. Overall the hotel is in a nice area withe train station right across the street or right down the block just pass Nobu. Convenient for shopping and site seeing..The staff was very helpful and very kind.

Good views but old and cold

The old rooms heaters were properly functioning so we were cold. The views are great of the memorial and museum. The location is ideal for quick hop on the subway or train. Just make sure you’re aware the old rooms don’t have working wall plugs, and heater barely works. lol

Avoid This Hotel – Dishonest Staff

I booked this hotel with an upgraded reservation for a Brooklyn Bridge View room. However, when I arrived at the room assigned by a staff member, I was shocked and disappointed to find that there was absolutely no view of the Brooklyn Bridge—only a completely obstructed view of other buildings. Exhausted from traveling, I had to pack my luggage again, return to the front desk, and demand an explanation. A different staff member checked my reservation and immediately corrected the mistake, assigning me to the correct Brooklyn Bridge View room that I had originally paid for. This means that the first staff member deliberately downgraded my room despite knowing that I had paid for an upgrade. This is not a simple mistake—it’s intentional. Because of his dishonesty and lack of professionalism, I was forced to check in twice, dragging my luggage back and forth, wasting my time and energy. This completely ruined my first impression of the hotel and caused unnecessary frustration at the start of my stay. Management must take immediate action against this kind of behavior. Allowing staff to intentionally deceive guests not only tarnishes the hotel's reputation but also disrespects paying customers. Guests deserve fairness, transparency, and respect—not dishonesty and inconvenience.
