Stunning hotel and great location. Library bar was a nice surprise and overall stay was a relaxing and enjoyable time. Only niggle was room service came about 3pm each day after we had returned to the room for a rest post shopping and walking. We just left and went to the bar so not a disaster but a made up clean room would have been preferable. Will definitely stay again. The new go to place!

Britomart Hotel was the perfect venue for my birthday getaway. It was central with plenty of amazing dining options nearby and great service from the friendly staff. The facilities were immaculate and there were so many other patrons attending the concert I was also there to see.

I loved this hotel. Honestly, this is now one of my top 5 hotels to stay. The hotel and room were esthetically beautiful. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the sustainability focus. It was in a great location and I had a beautiful view. I will definitely be back.
