The Room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Staff at the hotel was great. Air condition in the room. Kettle available but no cups for coffee or tea. This was perfect for the price. Close to bus and transportation to airport and Time square

I have stayed there a few times and this time is worst as they have bed bugs and when I show it to the front seat they just laugh and didn’t do something with it then I go back again and bring a piece of bedbugs and they didn’t even give as a new room they’re interphone either is not working as well we left that hotel 3am as we cannot sleep with that bed with a bugs my husband had some bites on his arms and hands

Easy to get around. Ran out of water one morning. No way to inform guest, telephone in room that didn't work. No compensation. Otherwise, great spot. Would stay again. Very roomy

Not enough around the property. Not any variety in food and shopping in the neighborhood. If you like to walk a bit, there is, but in a convenient next-door way, there really isn't. But the hotel itself is nice.
