Great location only a few minutes walk from the subway and LIRR stations. Nice large rooms & bathrooms with a view of Midtown Manhattan, with everything well maintained. The included breakfast is decent, and there are lots of other good breakfast spots in the neighborhood. Takes roughly 35-50 minutes to get into Manhattan on the subway.

When we arrived, I wanted to make a cup of tea only to find that the coffee carafe had not been cleaned after the previous guest. We received a large coffee maker in place of it, but no coffee appropriate to fit for our entire 4 night stay. More fruit for breakfast would be great. The housekeeping was great (despite the initial debacle). We enjoyed that it was only 5 blocks from the 7 train. On the last night in the evening, the faucet broke in the tub and the water ran continuously. Front desk staff had to come up and use pliers to turn off the full force water flow. We were unable to shower the morning of our departure and no alternative was offered.

The double bed room is kinda small, other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was good with enough varieties. Location is great if you are into Asian(Chinese) food as it sits on a busy street with lots of restaurants, several mall and food courts nearby too. Will stay again if we are here.
