Checking was so great! She offered us warm cookies and bottles of water. The room was bigger than most basic rooms, it was quiet and comfortable! Just what we needed after a long travel day!

I arrived late to check in and had an early flight. When I got to my room I realized the AC wasn't working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come in 5 minutes to look at it. 30 minutes later there still wasn't anyone. I called the desk again and finally someone came. He couldn't fix it but they were fully booked so I also couldn't get a different room. No one offered me a credit or reimbursement for this issue. I barely slept in the heat. Then when I got down 5 minutes early for the scheduled shuttle time at 5:00am, there were so many people I didn't make it until the next shuttle. Thankfully, they were running more frequently than every 20 minutes so I made it to the airport with enough time for my flight so I appreciated that.

The manager who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. We were there a bit before the 3pm check in time, but he let us check in anyway. The proximity to the airport is why we stayed here and that proved to be a good decision. There shuttles are prompt and efficient. I would recommend if you're looking for convenience to airport.
