The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but there was a gross booger on the wall, the floors felt a but dirty and there were small roaches that would come out in the bathroom. The location felt a bit far as it seemed to take me an hour toget back from the city every night

The hotel name is a little misleading. LaGuardia hotel is not at the airport. The hotel has a wonderful covered parking lot, which we loved. We parked our car there and we walked everywhere. My son lives there so when we stayed there it was only an eight minute walk to his apartment. We met my son for breakfast and dinner every day. We ate at many great restaurants on Ditmar. Restaurants are within a 10 minute walk it was wonderful. The staff are very nice.

We had a perfect experience at this hotel. I called a few days ahead to confirm and the concierge was super polite and helpful, he asked if we would need parking and I confirmed that we did. The day of our trip he reached out to see how far out we were so he could make sure we got a parking space in their limited garage. Check in was smooth, the room was clean and had a great view of the city. The front desk staff was awesome, he ordered a cab for us and called up to our room when it was ready. Easy access in and out of the building and tons of great restaurants within walking distance that are open late. It was so quiet that we were pretty sure we had the whole floor to ourselves. Overall, we didn't have a single complaint about our stay and will definitely be returning if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is very nice, clean, great food options nearby and accessible. It's very noisy outside but it's New York so that's to be expected. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Train is an easy 10 minute walk away. Really enjoyed my stay!
