Not great, bets the job done.

Good clean room that got the job done. The AC was not something I was able to control in my room. I was freezing the entire night. I had a thermostat on the wall but it did not do anything. It was a one night stay for me, a bed by the airport so I didn't call down about it because I didn't want the hassle, just wanted to go to sleep. Also, the street noise is pretty tough around here, so just a heads up if you're a light sleeper.

Booked after canceled flight at La Guardia. It was easy to get to by bus (2 miles) away. Also only 7 minute walk to subway info Manhattan. Several fast food restaurants were in walking distance. Clean and comfortable.

The bed was terrible. For the room price we paid I expected better. The sheets were super thin not at all at hotel standards. We were staying there for one night so didn’t bother complaining to anyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful

I have never come across a more helpful staff - they were quite wonderful and it was a pleasure to interact with them. They were knowledgeable about all parts of NYC as well as this unique part of Astoria. They went out of their way to provide support and helpful information.The hotel is small and in a very lively neighborhood. The rooms are clean and compact as the photo shows. It will be my "go to" place when I return to this area of Queens.
