Staff was super nice- especially door men. Housekeeping ladies were sweet too, Suites are great for families. The couch bed is like two twin mattresses which actually seemed pretty good for my kids- not lumpy and no poke in the middle. 2 bathrooms great for bringing kids. Decor a tad dated but everything clean and good layout. Bistango staff was super nice too and great for families. Buffet breakfast was cold but reasonable.

I stayed in the one bedroom suite with 2 double beds. Suite was spacious, but bathroom was small. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was beautiful and clean. I recommend if staying in a suite to stay in a room facing 50th Street to have a great view.
