Lovely hotel but would benefit from updating the A/C units. Too noisy and difficult to sleep. Additionally in need of updates to accommodate charging phones, iPads… had to unplug lamps next to the bed…

Spacious beautiful rooms

Can’t say enough about how pleasantly surprised we were by the size of our room and how pretty it was. The bed was really comfortable with soft pillows. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The room had every amenity you could want or need. The only negative (not for us but possibly for someone) might be that the AC is loud when it clicks on. But it didn’t bother us at all. We were on the 25th floor and never waited more than a minute or two for the elevator. We will definitely stay at The Kimberly again!

I cannot say enough about this hotel. Great value for the price point and the staff is second to none. All of the doormen are extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful...particularly Ralph. You can't go wrong staying at The Kimberly.

Great place for our stay

Perfect place for us to stay. I was there looking after my son after an operation. Our suite had a bedroom with two double beds plus a sofa bed in the sitting room. Lots of space, kitchenette was very handy and the room service and hotel restaurants were very good. Decor is a bit dated but you can’t beat the Kimberly for the space, the location and the lovely staff.

Superb hotel in an excellent location

We were 3 traveling together & placed in a suite with 2 bathrooms. Brilliant! The suite was essentially a 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodation, as the living room had doors for privacy for the pullout sofa bed.

Second stay at this property. Rooms are a bit dated, but spacious and comfortable. Staff from reception, bell hops, doormen, and housekeeping are super welcoming and top notch. Shout out to Sadi and Sherilyn at the front desk for providing such a warm and friendly welcome. Love the L'occitaine products and afternoon snacks in the rooftop restaurant. Overall fantastic stay.

An amazing hotel with great location, spacious, luxurious rooms and a friendly service. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with 2 double beds, balcony with great views, spacious living room, kitchenette and bathroom. L’occitane products, free coffee pods, mini fridge and complimentary 2 bottles of water. Highly recommended for quality, service, location but mostly because it had so many special touches!

This is a great NYC Eastside boutique hotel. Rates are reasonable for NYC and the rooms are very nice. Staff was great. Treated you like family. They also have valet parking which is huge if you are driving into NYC.
