The room is very spacious for NYC hotels. We got a great deal through hotels.com that I only saw one day on the app after that doubled in price. Convenient location and not loud at night. Beds slept great and good hot water/pressure. Overall very pleased.

This is a tired hotel at luxury prices. The staff was inattentive, the room tired and plain. That said, the location in midtown is excellent, the hot water plentiful and high pressure, and there is a very nice lobby.

Room was very nice and spacious. Especially for NY standards. Clean and a small kitchenette. Only reason not 5 is because I was on the 2nd floor and whatever was below me (bar etc) was extremely loud and bothersome while trying to sleep.

Room was so nice and very spacious!! Our room had a living area with sofa, chairs and large glasss coffee table. Standard size bathroom and large bed area with a 4 chair dining table. There was a long entry hall way with very large walk-in closet with drawers and a small kitchen area (sink, standing fridge and microwave stocked with dishes). Staff was super nice! Shout out to Jimmy the bellman who was super kind!! Location was awesome too! Will definitely say again!!
