We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and spacious, well furnished, clean, and comfortable. And with the lake just a few steps away, it was perfect. You won't go wrong booking to stay here.

Great because we could take out mini schnauzer. Has all the amenities needed. Washing machine use was a little pricey at $7 then $2 for dryer. Otherwise location perfect as it is a good distance from the busyness of town/tourists and access to lake and pathway perfect.

A very spacious room with everything we needed. You can walk a minute to the lakeside with stunning views. Very good facilities with a heated pool just outside the door. The welcoming email gave a lot of useful information on the area. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Mixed reviews for this place but would not stay here again The good: The place itself was large and spaced perfectly for a small family ( 2 adults 2kids). Love the idea of having the upstairs for the kids with two single beds. Hot water, cold AC, microwave, fridge, heated pool ( we did not use) and 2 min walk to the beach/lake and close to a bar/restaurant. Plenty of tea, hot chocolate and coffee. The Bad: in desperate need of a cleaning. I can forgive the bugs: which were plenty. What I can’t forgive is the dirty bedding full of hair, stains and what I’m assuming buggers. The walls are so dirty and paint chipping, the floors - carpet dirty. The side tables covered in dust.

Great location, bit of maintenance needed

So great to find a spot right by the lake that allows pets for us to holiday with our furry one. Few things that need attention... when we sued the spa bath, dirt and bugs came out of the jets when we turned them on, not ideal. The light was not fitted well in the bathroom with a large gap allowing steam to enter to exposed wiring, bit of a safety risk. It would have been good to have access to a vacuum or have the room vacuumed during the daily cleans due to the tiny atones that track in from the lake.

Excellent motel

My wife and I along with our 5 year old grandson stayed there for two nights. Excellent location with direct access from the room to the lake path. We had a water leak in the bathroom on our second day, which the owner sorted out quickly. The owner gave our grandson a goodie bag and gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Some parts of the property are in need of renovation, but the new owners are busily working through the renovations. Great location and friendly owners and staff.
