The suite is too small, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom, however my daughters bedroom was better than my suite size wise and more comfortable. Didn’t like it at all.

Due to a late cancellation, I was offered a one day penalty which I was fine with. Due to connection issues with the Hotels app, Hotels did not honor the refund claiming the hotel management wouldn't allow for the partial refund. I send an email with all communication where the hotel agreed to a partial refund to Hotel.com and the Luxury Collection Hotel that went unanswered. Long time customer of Hotels and the Marriot brand. Horrible display of customer service.

The Luxury Collection Hotel is really a perfectly situated hotel for a visit to NYC. Very conveniently located close to the metro if riding in from LGA. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and nice furnishings. Would stay there again!

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were so warm and inviting, always ready to help. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect and walkable. 5 minutes to shops, food, and Central Park. This will be my go to property when visiting the city.
