Great location, big rooms, the bigest we had in NYC. Fare price. Loved the lounch at the 26th floor. The room had every thing we asked for when we arrived. Will go back next time I am in NYC

Exceptional service, great location.

My second stay in the last 8 weeks. Very happy with the hotel. Especially the gentlemen at the door. Allways accommodating, helped me with an umbrella. Joel is great, as well as the rest of the front lobby staff.

This hotel was very attentive and was in a convenient location. However, I was disappointed with our room. It was super small and dark. The window opened to a large HVAC system, so we could not get any light. When I first booked the hotel, it said it came with a continental breakfast, but lo and behold when I checked in the hotel said it was for purchase. That is one of the reasons I booked the hotel, not to pay $30 a person for a CONTINENTAL breakfast which is ridiculous. However, the people there were so nice and were there to help in anyway.

2nd floor room had shaded glass windows can’t see out! Extremely claustrophobic feeling to not be able to see out the window. Also terrible ventilation system turned it on cold full blast and it never cooled off and smelled dirty.

Would definitely recommend!

Staff was exceptionally friendly! Parking was a breeze upon arrival, just pulled up to the curb, handed the keys to the valet and all was taken care of. A great location for seeing a show at Carnegie hall, 1/2 block walk from door to door. Hotel was clean and decorated nicely, bed was comfortable.
