Easy fast check in/check out. I loved the convenience of the digital door key and digital check out on my phone. Room looked and smelled very clean. Bathroom was very nice and also looked pretty clean. Staff were friendly and even left a hand written welcome note in the room. Overall, it felt casual and homey as if I was staying at a friend’s place in the city. I would definitely book here again and recommend to a friend.

The rooms have gorgeous views, comfy beds, stunning bathrooms, and the decor in the whole place is stellar. The staff while we were staying there were AMAZING. So kind and helpful. Perfectly situated in a trendy part of town, around the corner from a subway station that made getting around a breeze, but also a very walkable location that’s quiet and safe at night. Fun bars nearby and delicious food everywhere. Highly recommend! I’d stay again!

We liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The few staff we encountered were very friendly. Unfortunately it was freezing in our room and the heat was very slow to warm. When we arrived in our room the thermostat was at 64* by the time we left

Hotel updated, restaurants and bars nice. First night, we had no heat and our room was 61 degrees. In the morning, we were moved to a new room, but no other compensation was offered. Staff was pleasant, but cant recommend the hotel.

The room itself was comfortable, however we did not have any heat OR hot water. There weren’t any available rooms to be moved to, so The front desk sent up blankets. When we went to speak to someone in the morning, we we’re informed that they were having issues with the HVAC and saw some other people reporting the same issues.

The cleanliness of the room. The hotel was freezing throughout. The HVAC didn't seem to be working properly. The restaurant was amazing food but it wasn't comfortable due to it being freezing in the restaurant

The room was very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. Their digital key card and digital check out was very convenient for us. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to NYC!

The room was well designed, clean, and had a decent view as promised. The beds were also super comfy and they included two complimentary waters in the room which was a nice touch not everywhere offers. The staff was helpful. The only downside was that I’m guessing the heating system resets when the room is not in use and I’m guessing the room had been empty during the snow storm so our room was incredibly cold. We cranked up the heat and left for 8 hours and still when we got back it was super cold. Not fun after a long day. Not entirely the property’s fault and I appreciate the energy efficiency but felt like a bit of an oversight. They also operate on a keyless system where you use your phone to open the door. It timed out while we were out and we couldn’t get into our room at the end of the night (they were nice enough to offer us late check out for the trouble). Again, eco friendly but added an extra step to the stay. All the same good property and good location so would definitely stay again. Probably a great hotel for the summer where the design leading to less isolation would help in the NYC muggy heat.
