Great value and room to spread out. Nice to relax in the living room after a day in the city.l And we each had our own room. Subway was less than a 10 minute walk. Felt very safe for me and my teen daughter. Host was very responsive and check-in and check out very easy.

This place was perfect! We needed a three bedroom which was hard time. This was a gem though! It’s just as described and even better. It even sit atop a pizza shop with amazing slices for a late night snack. Check-in and check out were simple and clear. We loved it!

This was a perfect resting spot for me during a very busy week of attending climate conferences. I was able to easily walk to all of my events saving me a lot of hassle because the roads were packed and unnavigable with cars and it’s delightfully close to the river, so I enjoyed Running in the morning before going to work. All in all a great experience the only caveat I would say is that the two bedrooms with windows facing second Avenue can be very noisy because there are hospitals nearby so be sure to bring earplugs.

Convenient, Easy, Comfortable in Manhattan

Our group had a great time staying here. The accommodations are just as pictured, the location in midtown is excellent and it was extremely easy and convenient to check in and communicate with the host throughout. Pretty unbeatable value for the area, would definitely stay here again

NYC 3 Bedroom apartment

This was a great place to stay. True 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room table for family meals. AC units in 2 bedrooms and in dining/living room. Pizzeria, deli, cafe, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Great location and always easy to catch a taxi just outside. I would highly recommend renting this apartment.

Very good value

This is a solid clean place to stay. 3rd floor walkup, but no big deal if you are mobile. Very well appointed kitchen, good shower, comfortable beds, middle bedroom super quiet. Felt safe, host was very responsive, check in easy and did not require prompting, easy to get to the 34th street crosstown bus to get to whatever up and down the island subway you need, to Penn Station, wherever. Easy walk to the Theater district, lower east village, just overall a good value. Nothing "Fancy", but really comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend, I'll stay there again.

Super convenient location and responsive owners. As expected for NYC accommodations. LOTS of stairs (48 total) to access property which was not bad except when carrying luggage. Nighttime was a bit noisy but no different than other locations. Nice to have individual rooms, living area and kitchen.
