Staff is fine, pleasant during check in! Upon arrival, a man was being arrested for domestic violence-2 cop cars. Immediately upon entering hallway to room you are assaulted by cigarette smell, filthy ground, and tv/talking noise. The room floor is filthy. A disgusting bloody glob was stuck in the tub drain. A roach visited me in the bathroom on day 2. The water never gets hot; luke warm only! NOISE levels are insane. i think people live there. Tv, talking, sounds of guests urinating (in toilets) in adjoining rooms all very loud in the room. I used a towel to stand on so i never touched the floors and i kept all my clothes zipped up in my luggage. I stank of cigarettes when i left. Fridge and microwave were clean. i don't trust Expedia ratings anymore. this place was horrible. The surrounding neighborhood was fine though. Grocery store, food, etc within walking - felt safe during day.

Staff was friendly but we couldn’t get anyone to turn off the beeping sound in the ice machine room. We listened to it all night. Not enough towels, all soap dispensers were empty and the shower went hot to cold continuously through a 5 minutes shower!

I liked nothing about this property the staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, we never stayed in a room we put insurance on because their was a three car accident on our travels to the motel. In which we were hit, we booked thru expedia your customer service was very unpleasant as well. Then the staff of the motel said my husband never called in and he did three times not to cancel just to say what happened and we were still coming we finally arrive our room was given away , a room we insured paid full price no discount. For a saturday last saturday the 18th of October to be exact. We have recieved not a penny back . We desrve full refund snd expedia knows this . Just had a newborn baby boy i want my money u stole expedia we did not stay at the motel at all and didnt even try to accomadate us any other way . Terrible worst day of my life. I want my refund whoever got the room i pray u enjoyed my money bed hot shower tv etc for the night. Absolutely ridiculous so digusted!

This was my second stay. My first room and experience were great, but this time we didn’t get a good room. The staff responded quickly to our concerns, which I appreciated, but overall I wasn’t as happy with this visit. On our last night, the room was freezing and there was no heat available. Despite that, the location and price are still great, so I’ll continue to book here. Hopefully next time I’ll have a better room.

The room they provided to me was not the one which i reserved. It was super dirty and smells very bad. But next day they change my room and gave the one which i choose. But the first night was horrible for me. I slept in my car.

The room was comfortable and pretty clean. For a place to sleep and shower, it was fine. While the door to the room was secure and locked properly, the door to the building did not latch closed or lock. So there were some safety concerns. Nothing happened, fortunately.
