Choose someplace else

I say this as an airline pilot who stays in hotels half the year, but this has been one of the more disappointing stays I’ve had in a while. Though the staff was nice, the hotel is just down from an outdoor club that will blast vibrating level music into your room until 3am. I’m usually not bothered by noise, I live in a major downtown and am a former New Yorker myself, but this was over the top. Also, don’t expect terminal pickup/drop off service with the shuttle. Extra time has to be accounted for due to the Neward airTrain being a mess. Either way, if you see other hotels at a similar price, choose them.

The only thing i didn't like was the airport driver closing the door and not turning on air conditioner . He went inside for 5 minutes and with 9 people in van with no air was inconsiderate at best.

The front desk staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. The hotel was clean, quiet and everything was working properly as it should. All I need was a good place like this where I felt comfortable and secure to expend the night. The room furniture was not my taste as far as a decoration, the furniture was too dark and made the environment looking old and outdated. But, overall everything I needed was there, as far as good bed, a great shower and a (A+) that the A/C was working properly. I recommend this place.

The worse experience ever! I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had to date. While I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of th staff, the condition of the facility was well below expectations. Most notably, the bed frame closest to the bathroom appeared to be loose or broken, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The phone in the room didn’t work. I could call the front desk or anyone for assistance. The tv didn’t work, the vending machine would dispense snacks or drink. Pool was closed and it was an awful experience. This issue, combined with the overall sub-par condition of the room, made for a disappointing stay.
