From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. - Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation. - City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am. - No Patio Access after 10 pm - Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. - Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected. - High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. -This property is a DUPLEX. There is a long-term tenant living below on the ground floor who you will be asked to share the Laundry Machine, Garage, and city trash cans with. - This home is on the 2nd level so you will be required to climb a full set of stairs to access the home. - You are provided with (2) Tandem Garage Parking Spots in a (4) Car Garage. Oversized Trucks/SUVs are not recommended. Ask for Garage Measurements if you need them. - This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
