The room was great, clean with an amazing shower. Our overall stay was terrible for the two nights we were there. There was loud fighting in the room next to us that went on for a long time and when we reported it to the front desk they had to call the police to deal with it. At night, kids were literally running back and forth in the hallway. On our second night there was a malfunction of the fire alarm and it went off for nearly two hours from 1 to 3 AM. The clientele or guests were rough—cursing in public, loud talking and people coming down to the common area for breakfast in pajamas. It was not a restful stay. On the morning of check out, the housekeeping staff hung outside our door talking when we were not ready to get up and leave the room (before 9:30 am). This is not what we would expect from a Hampton Inn.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast each more was well stocked and the woman who prepared it on the days we were there is super friendly and talks with everyone in the area. She is a superstar. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the workout center.

The room/bathroom was dirty. The top blanket was dirty so I used my coat as a blanket. The shower has hair, an eye lash and a smudge of some unknown stuff on the shower wall. The bathroom floor had blond hair. I’m a brunette. I was uncomfortable there the entire time due to the uncleanliness. The entire hotel is out dated and I would not recommend it to anyone I know. I regret booking a stay there!

This was a very enjoyable stay. No complaints on the room - clean, quiet, safe, etc. Staff were very pleasant. BUT, the breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! I have never had good food at continental breakfasts. Their cook made omelets available, the traditional waffles, yogurt, etc. ALL was so good.

The front desk staff was so welcoming at check-in. It was fast, friendly, and efficient. The room was average. Bedding was good. Towels were thin. The room was clean.
