Check-in was easy and fast. Very friendly woman helped me. The room was lovely so was the surrounding area. Just steps outside my door was a farmers market, a place for a bit of food and smoothies and just lovely picture opportunities. The only thing that wasn’t great was the shower head in the room. It wasn’t functioning properly. Lots of free parking

The staff was not helpful what so ever. They overbooked the king rooms and gave us a room with two queens, which is fine. I asked for the difference of the two rooms to get back on the card we paid with. They refused the partial refund. So we paid extra for a room that we didn't even get. Very unprofessional!

Below average stay. Booked a stay with kids and was given a ground floor room occupied upstairs. There were tons of checkin late night and the floor (our cieling) couldn't keep up. The floors were louder than my toddler on their worst day. Creaking and thudding aside from the footsteps that continued all night long. Asked them to move me upstairs or provide a quieter room for the second night stay but no accommodation there either. Ended up waking up the checkout day at 5 am sore and tired due to the continued creaking and walking upstairs. Booked away from the city crowd to get at least some sleep. Turned out being a very tiresome and sleepless trip.
