The rooms were fantastic for our wedding. I checked in (Bride) a night early and the front desk lady was amazing, I was in my room long enough to deposit my bag and she called asking if I needed anything and if the room was alright. 100% plan to book there again.

I did not appreciating being charged $40 A NIGHT FOR A Small dog and another $20 to park. Those two things doubled the cost of the room and were not disclosed in a fair and honest way at all. I was going to extend my stay for another two nights but based on feeling like I was duped, instead will be moving to another hotel and booking through another service. Please look into refunding the extra charges in the form a credit I can use for future bookings on Expedia.

A staff member threatened to charge us $500 because of a noise complaint, a noise which we heard as well, that was brief and down the hall from our room! I thought it was a prank at first but the staff member was rude and accusatory with his tone!

Staff were friendly, breakfast was great and well stocked. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The noise was horrible. We were on the 5th floor, 2 rooms from the elevator. It was so noisy all night long and all morning.

Room was very clean. It was a large room and could have used a couple of arm chairs and a small table. There was no closet but just a very small coat hanger at the end of the room. We walked in with wet boots and no where to put them. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Check-in was quick. Paying to park our vehicle?? Pool area was untidy with lots of wet towels. Fitness room has been taken over by a large group of party goers.

It took them forever to give us a crib which turned out to be a pack in play. Room is ok for the price and to rest your head, but you can hear everything the next room does. Also the room is updated but paint is poorly done, there are rips in the mattress covers and the bed rolls cause there were no casters with the hardwood floors. Not a lot of storage basic hotel for a one night stay

It was great except it’s very noisy you can hear so much noise from the rooms next door and have kids playing in the hallways until 4 am. Could not sleep doe to the noise.
