The bed was super soft, as well as the pillows. Usually I have trouble falling asleep when first sleeping at a new place but the bed was so comfortable that I slept right through the night. The front reception was nice and helpful. Friend got injured and they provided ice and a charger when I needed to charge my phone. However at night, it seems there isn't anyone at the front desk. So if you do need anything best to ask during the day or evening.

BE CAREFUL AND THINK HARD BEFORE YOU BOOK! I had the most frustrating experience booking with Expedia and dealing with this hotel. I booked early in the morning the same day as our check-in day. After booking, I noticed their price for the same room type dropped significantly. I reached out to Expedia and requested if I can get a refund for the price difference as I felt it was unfair to be charged for a way higher price for same day booking. Both Expedia and the hotel gave me the runaround regarding this matter so be extra vigilant when booking via Expedia! The hotel staff Param and manager David Wei lacked the customer service skills to better serve clients. There was no real resolution on my concern from both Expedia or the hotel. My hotel booking requests have also not been granted. When I booked this hotel, I requested for a higher floor and away from the elevator as I know it tends to be noisy if the room is near the elevator. When we reached the floor, our room was actually very near the elevator (2 doors away) and it was extremely noisy - you can literally hear other room doors on the floor opening and closing each time. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. No gift basket found inside the room for my birthday (hotel initially advised it was requested) and Param told me to just take some snacks (chips)/drinks from the hotel's selling items. This hotel is not at par to be one of the Choice Hotels chains. I will never book this hotel and through Expedia again.

Stay was comfortable and close to the falls. Rooms are renovated but needs upgrades and fixes but still decent for the price. Breakfast was good and were replenishing often. Parking is not included and charging $20 per day. A bit too much but you can park further and pay $5-$10 if you’re staying longer. Drop your things and go park. If you’re facing the back of the hotel you can see the fireworks from your room. Definitely recommend for the price, location and amenities.

Well, I wish that breakfast wasnt the samething everyday and then parking is 20$ per day, however the hotel next door is 10$ I went next door to park for 10$ and 1 day before my check out day, my card stopped working and i had to go to front desk to asked what happend, and they said oh they thought that i was checking out on that day. other than that everything was good.

It’s all about the people. The room was small but very clean and the staff was awesome. The billing was confusing and I hope my credit card will get back to normal eventually. Right now there is a charge for everything even though I paid cash.
