The hotel was poorly cleaned. They never attended the room cleaning even asking several times that they are coming but they never did. The staff is extremely rude, sometimes making fun of the customers

Was a great location. Only thing check in was slow, check in time was 4PM. They didn't have the room ready. Like for a mirowave be in the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the woman who checked us in. I saw her later in our stay cleaning the rooms, even scrubbing something out of the carpet in a hallway.
