I haven't stayed here in 20 years, but it is my go to in Niagara Falls. It is convenient to walk places. I think the parking fee is new, I feel lkke parking should be free for those staying overnight, still give us a pass because I understand that parking is hard to find.

Do better with the smell of the rooms.

The overall stay was not completely poor, but the smell of the room was not the best. The room was so smelly that it seeped into the sheets. The room we got was convenient for our needs. I believe they could do a lot better when they advertise that they have smoke-free rooms, they should actually smell smoke free and not stinky.
