The beds were very uncomfortable for the price and it’s an old property. Also the breakfast was really bad as there were no eggs and just simple cereal and breads basically. Also, they needed reminders to fill up stuff when it got over during breakfast . The front desk staff was nice though.I would not go here again.

Property was nice and so was the staff. It was in walking distance of various attractions and food. I chose a hot tub room, however there wasn't a separate shower outside the hot tub which was suprising but made it work.

Simple breakfast

Stayed there for a soccer tournament. It is a great location and the players were able to be in walking distance from the falls and the attractions. Only thing was that breakfas was the same every day. Simple breakfast of cereal, waffles, bread, bagels, yogurt and fruit. Wished there was more in comparison to other hotels we've stayed at.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn by Wyndham and was disappointed by the overall condition of the property. The facilities are very old, and the air conditioner in my room was outdated and extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep comfortably. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, parking is not included, expect to pay over $20 per night for the car park. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety in protein options. Considering the age of the building, the extra parking cost, and the limited breakfast offerings, I feel the quality-to-price ratio is not worth it.

location made us feel safe facility was so so...handle in tub loose, difficulty turning on hot or cold Water...hard to regulate because handle broken. patched hole in the wall...large window right outside the room able to watch fireworks. Staff was excellent...the really talk to you... very helpful in looking for specific restaurants, best way to exchange currency - they took teir time to look things up for us.They made our day!

The rooms were very clean and the staff were super friendly. I loved that they had ice machines, cold water and coffee on hand anytime in the lobby area. The hotel was a short walk to Clifton Hill and many restaurants to choose from along the way. The breakfast provided was okay. We went early to avoid waiting and were able to get a seat. They had a waffle machine to make your own waffle, they turned out pretty good and my 10 year old son enjoyed them however, there was not a lot of variety. Although it was a continental breakfast, croissants, muffins and bagels would have been a welcomed addition. What they did have looked like it came from a package at Walmart. I also would have liked to have a mini fridge in the room to keep my own water bottle cold but they did have vending machines with water in the lobby. Overall l was very impressed and l would recommend this hotel.
