We have stayed before and enjoyed ourselves with no complaints but this time the room we were in the beds seemed very worn out and the pillows as well. We did not get a very good sleep both nights. Other than that we were happy with our stay. The shower was great, the breakfast was decent. We love having coffee and tea available 24/7.

There were very limited options for breakfast and huge lineup to get to it. For a family with kids, i was expecting at least some option of eggs, sausages or something substantial than just cereals and breads. I have never seen a lineup to get to breakfast and it has very small eating area. The elevators take ages to come, we had to use stairs multiple times. They don't provide body lotions 🙄 Rooms and beds were fine. And its close to Clifton Hills attractions. I probably won't stay here again.

Washroom should have hand shower. There should be a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very basic. With the price they are charging the guest at least deserve a richer breakfast containing omlettes or boiled eggs or hash browns.

The staff was helpful and friendly enough. However, right before bedtime I noticed a smell coming from one of the beds. It turns out that set of linens was not cleaned properly, and there was actually flakes of dried vomit on one of the pillow cases as well as the fitted sheet, and the actual pillow itself smelled of vomit. We called the front desk and they sent some staff up pretty quickly to change it, but it was still off putting. There is only one elevator and it is extremely slow. The main parking lot for the hotel is actually very small, and while they do have another lot across the street, it was inconvenient in the cold. We also have an electric car, and trying to find a charging station nearby was impossible. There was one at the travelodge, but it was an additional $35 (to the $18.50 we had already paid for parking at the days inn) to park and charge until 1am only (we arrived at 8pm and went to the pool before they closed, so we would only have been able to charge for 3hrs at a level 2 station which would have got us maybe 1/4-1/5 of a full charge if we were lucky, probably less though, but it would not have been worth it). Every other hotel In the area that had a charging station would not let us charge if we weren’t a guest, or they only Had one and it was already taken. In the end one of us had to drive to a station outside of clifton hills/lundy’s lane, and uber back to the hotel, and then back to the car again the next morning. Overall, very unsatisfi

It’s a very good hotel overall. The only downside is the free breakfast, which is quite basic—just bread, bagels, cereal, and fruit. There were no hot items like bacon, sausage, or eggs. The hotel is walking distance to everything like restaurants, falls and fun games area for kids.
