The place was clean somewhat. The phone, comforter, carpet and some furniture was dirty. No tea only coffee and you weren't introduced to it. The place is dated and needs some updating. Those old plastic chairs on the balconey need to throw out. However, it's to the fall and lots of restaurants are in very close proximity. If you need a cheap overnighter, this may work. No children as this may freak them out!!
